We start with a deep dive into your brand through a guided discovery form using Typeform or Google Forms. I gather insights about your mission, audience, personality, and visual preferences so your brand identity feels intentional, memorable, and aligned with your long-term vision.

We hop on a Zoom call (scheduled via Calendly) to define your brand’s tone, messaging, competition, and visual direction. Using Figma mood boards and FigJam brainstorming, we craft a clear creative strategy that sets the foundation for your identity system.

Using tools like Pinterest Boards, Behance, Google Trends, and industry research, I analyze your niche’s visual patterns and gaps. This helps us create a brand identity that feels unique yet competitive, modern yet deeply connected to your business goals.

I brainstorm and sketch logo directions, typography pairings, color palettes, and iconography ideas. Everything is explored in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Procreate to make sure your brand has personality, story, and strong visual appeal.

From the explorations, I create 2 to 3 strong logo concepts Figma or Canva. Each option includes meaningful symbolism, strategic typography, and a flexible design that works on both print and digital platforms. You choose your favorite and we refine it until it feels just right.

Once the logo is finalized, I develop your brand identity system. This includes color psychology, typography guidelines, icon sets, spacing rules, graphic styles, and brand-use examples. Everything is crafted inside Figma so your visuals stay consistent across all platforms.

You receive a polished brand guideline in PDF and Figma format. It covers logo rules, brand voice, colors, fonts, imagery, do’s and don’ts, and real-life usage examples so your brand stays cohesive whether you design your own materials or hand it to a team.

All final files are organized and delivered in multiple formats such as SVG, PNG, JPG, EPS, and PDF. I also include brand mockups and a structured folder system so your assets are easy to use and accessible anytime.

After delivery, I provide guidance through Loom walkthroughs and a short Q&A support period. You’ll understand how to use your brand identity effectively and consistently across your website, socials, and marketing materials.
